One record follows the part from factory to fitted vehicle
Every scan is written to a tamper-proof ledger. By the time a part reaches the car, its history can be checked by anyone who taps the seal.

Frequently asked
Do I need to install an app?
No. Tapping a VeriPart seal with an NFC-enabled phone opens a verification page in your browser. The app adds the vehicle parts wallet, certificates and recall alerts.
Does VeriPart test whether a part is safe?
VeriPart proves identity and history: that the box is the one the manufacturer registered, whether it has been opened, where it has been and which vehicle it was fitted to. It does not test a part's mechanical quality or replace an MOT.
What happens if someone copies a seal?
Each tap produces a fresh cryptographic signature, so a copied identifier fails. If the same identifier is scanned in two places too far apart to travel between, VeriPart flags it as a clone and alerts the brand.
What data do you store about me?
No personal data is written to the ledger. Your account details and vehicle wallet are held separately under UK GDPR, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
